The objectives of this webcast are to:

  • Review the Region III MCI Plan Manuals 1 and 2;
  • Discuss challenges that the operational areas have regarding communications with the Control Facility; and,
  • Assist operational area providers in over-coming barriers and provide guidance for successful mitigation of an MCI event.
